Hidden in the quiet town of Yishun, there is a simple stall selling good Cantonese Style Congee with affordable price in a small kopitiam. The stall don't even have a name. Nothing fanciful here, just good old simple comfort food with good taste.

Nothing beats a bowl of warm comfort Congee with smooth texture. A bowl of Mixed Intestine with Cuttlefish Congee come with Sliced Pork meat, Pork Liver, Cuttlefish & Fried Dough Fitter (You Tiao) cost $3.20. Add an egg for 50 cents.

I would always add an egg & mixed it together with my congee to give an extra creamy texture to my congee.

The pork & liver here do not have those unpleasant "pork smell". Every mouth is so light yet flavourful.

They also sell Ee mian (伊面), Ban mee (板面) here which I have not try before.
