Easy Recipe: Oven Baked Chicken Thighs
Baked Chicken Thigh
Who doesn't love baked chicken? Having a baked juicy chicken thighs dinner which are easy to prepare is not dream anymore. With the chicken oil dripped into the Broccoli, made healthy food became Sinful!!
- 10 pcs frozen Chicken Thighs or resh Chicken Thighs from market
- 1 stalk Broccoli
- 10 pcs Baby Potatoes (Cut into halves) or 5 pcs Russets Potatoes (Cut into quarters)
- 1 Yellow Onion (Sliced)
- 1/2 bottle Bibigo Korean BBQ sauce (Original)
- Dash of Black Pepper
- Dash of Dried Rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Wash and drain the Chicken Thigh
- Place the Chicken Thigh in a big ziplock bag together with the sliced Onions, Black Pepper & Dried Rosemary
- Add in half bottom of Bibigo Korean BBQ sauce into the ziplock bag and marinade for at least 2 hours in the fridge (Best if marinade overnight)
- When ready to cook, pre heat oven to 180c
- Mixed Potatoes with Olive Oil, Salt & Black Pepper
- Mixed Broccoli with Olive Oil & Black Pepper
- Place the potatoes into a big baking tray and baked for 10min
- Add Broccoli and marinaded Chicken thighs (Skin side up) into the baking tray. Set aside the marinading sauce. Do not pour away.
- Cover the tray with aluminium foil and bake for 50min ( Brush the Chicken Thighs with the marinading sauce every 20min
- Remove the aluminium foil, set the oven to 200c and bake for another 10min for beautiful brown skin
Noted: Check if the chicken are cook with a fork, poke and push a little. If the juice run clear, means it's cooked.
