Spicy Chicken Bulgogi


No-carb dinner, Spicy Chicken Bulgogi wrapped with  lettuce giving you a balance between the fresh lettuce & spicy chicken. If you feel like having carb, the chicken goes well with rice too.

Ingredients:


  1. 2 pcs Boneless Chicken thighs (Skin removed, Fats trimmed)
  2. 4 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. 2 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  5. 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  6. 1/2 Onion
  7. Green Onion
  8. 2 1/2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  9. 2 1/2 tsp Ginger (Minced)
  10. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  11. Sesame Seed

Directions:


  1. Removed the Chicken Thighs skin & fats. 
  2. Wash & pat dry the Chicken Thighs 
  3. Combine ingredients no.1 to 10 in a bowl and mix 
  4. Cover with cling wrap
  5. Placed in the fridge for 6 hrs (Overnight for best results)
  6. Heat up flying pan. Add in oil then the Chicken into the pan
  7. Spread out the chicken & let in cook in low heat
  8. Toss the chicken once a while to avoid burning the chicken.
  9. Once the chicken is cooked, turn up the heat to medium.
  10. Let the chicken fried in the pan for a round 1 min.
  11. Sprinkle Sesame seed on the chicken & served with lettuce or rice.
