Sous Vide Beef Brisket
Ingredient
- 500g Beef Brisket (Fats trimmed)
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Drops Liquid Smoke (Hickory)
- Thyme
Direction
- Season the Beef Brisket with Salt, Pepper & Garlice Powder.
- Rub the whole Beef Brisket with the seasoning
- Put the Beef Brisket with Thyme into vacuum pack or ziplock bag.
- Add liquid smoke into the bag and vacuum seal it.
- Pre heat sous vide water to 68.3°c
- Put in the bag of vacuum Beef Brisket into the water bath and sous vide for 24 hrs
- After 24 hrs, remove the bag and drain off the juice (Keep the juice to make sauce)
- Pre heat Oven to 150°c
- Roast the Beef Brisket in the oven for 2 hrs
- Rest the Beef Brisket for 20min
- Slide the Brisket against the grain and serve
